Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, verify and process all import &amp; export shipping documents (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and transporters for smooth cargo movement.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of documentation for customs clearance.</li><li>Maintain proper records of shipments and update status in company systems.</li><li>Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and bank documentation for exports/imports (if applicable).</li><li>Communicate with overseas agents and clients regarding shipment updates and requirements.</li><li>Support the operations team in resolving documentation discrepancies or queries.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;340,000.00 - &#8377;540,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>
