We are seeking an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor to join our team at our Bathinda branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, and more.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide detailed information to students and parents about study visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.</li><li>Assist students in choosing the right course and country based on their academic background and career goals.</li><li>Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with leads.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and visa rules and regulations.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.</li><li>Maintain proper records of student applications and follow-up status.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education consulting or visa counselling.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of study visa rules and application processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Germany, NZ and Australia.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>visa counselling: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
