Our technicians are supported, supervised, and valued as part of a collaborative and professional team.Position OverviewGo Grow ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a 3-year-old child. This is a fully in-person role in the client&rsquo;s home located in Tuckerton, NJ. The RBT will work under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide1:1 in-home ABA therapy</li><li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA</li><li>Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation</li><li>Participate in weekly BCBA supervision</li><li>Attend company trainings and team meetings</li><li>Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical staff</li><li>Follow all clinical, ethical, and company guidelines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)</li><li>Experience working with children preferred</li><li>Reliable transportation to the client&rsquo;s home.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Consistent attendance and professionalism</li><li>Ability to follow treatment plans and accept clinical feedback</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</li><li>Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to ensure effective treatment adjustments.</li><li>Support clients during teaching sessions by utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies and support systems.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training on medical terminology, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods to stay current with best practices.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through innovative behavioral therapy!Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
