The Senior Manager, Benefits collaborates within the People Team and other departments throughout the organization providing the Benefit, Leave, Health and Safety strategy for the organization.
The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for the annual benefits open enrollment as well as benefits compliance such as ACA, Plan notices, COBRA, invoice payment, etc.). The position is also responsible for the worker&rsquo;s compensation program, safety program and OSHA compliance. The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for leave administration and compliance with local and federal laws.
Job Requirements
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred</li></ul>
Work Experience<ul><li>
Five years of benefits analyst experience required.
</li><li>Two years of supervisory experience required.</li><li>
Health care experience in multi-state analysis preferred.</li><li>
Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives required.</li><li>
Benefits experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience using Excel required.</li><li>
Workday experience preferred.</li></ul>
Required Licenses/Certifications<ul><li>
CCP, PHR or SPHR or other Human Resource Certification preferred</li></ul>

Job Summary
Physicians independently perform a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections and are also responsible for selecting and utilizing appropriate diagnostics and/or therapeutic procedures for patients.
Job Requirements
Education<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited medical school required</li></ul>
Work Experience<ul><li>
2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required</li><li>
Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required</li><li>
Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred</li></ul>
Required Licenses/Certifications<ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible by an ABMS member board or AOA specialty board in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine</li><li>Active state medical licensure</li></ul>
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required<ul><li>Experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting</li><li>Applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, etc.</li></ul>

Examining and treating patients</li><li>
Taking patients&rsquo; medical histories</li></ul><ul><li>
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays</li><li>
Making diagnoses and prescribing medications</li><li>
Treating minor injuries that may require sutures, splints, or casting</li><li>
Recording progress notes for follow-up patients</li><li>
Educating and counseling patients</li><li>
Ordering and/or carrying out therapy with patients</li><li>
Giving vaccinations, and referring patients to additional care</li><li>
Supervising GoHealth PA/NPs remotely when cases are presented to you for supervision</li><li>
Act as a Collaborating Physician for up to four PA/NPs in the credentialing process, including signoff of the PA/NPs delineation of privileges (DOP)</li><li>
Each provider will work an anticipated eight (8) or twelve (12) hours per shift</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul>
