 Role Description
 
 
 We are seeking a full-time Cyber Security Specialist to join our on-site team in Dayton, OH. The Cyber Security Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of cyber security measures to safeguard GHI&rsquo;s network, applications, and sensitive information.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization&rsquo;s data, systems, and networks.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshooting security and network problems.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to system and/or network security breaches.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that the organization&rsquo;s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls in accordance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC guidelines.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participating in the change management process.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with all levels of the organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Information Security
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Network Security protocols and practices
 </li>
 <li>
 NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in identifying and mitigating risks within cybersecurity frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in cyber risk management
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in response to cyber threats
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 U.S. citizenship required due to contractual obligations, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
 </li>
 </ul>
