The Commercial Account Executive is expected to develop and close new revenue opportunities with associated target accounts in Connecticut. Focus will be on the vertical commercial segment and MDU (Multiple Dwelling Units) for our fiber-based Internet products. The successful candidate will have the capability to evangelize and differentiate GoNetspeed&rsquo;s product set, network within the business and builder community, and strategically grow the sales opportunity funnel to close new business. This position is a salary + commissioned based job.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Functions:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas.</div><div>
Conduct sales meetings with prospects and customers, presenting the GoNetspeed value proposition.</div><div>
This will include cold calling, following up on leads created by GoNetspeed marketing efforts, as well as developing referral networks for sales leads.</div><div>
Build, maintain and communicate sales forecast (funnel) and sales strategies to management.</div><div>
Generate leads by prospecting and networking in the business and building community!</div><div>
Cultivate strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within accounts!</div><div>
Attend appropriate IT and Community networking events, seminars, and conferences.</div><div>
Act as primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all GoNetspeed customers.</div><div>
Interface and successfully communicate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
1-2 years minimum of business to business and/or MDU sales experience</div><div>
Knowledge of telecommunications, especially Internet Access service</div><div>
Excellent interpersonal and written skills</div><div>
Good organizational and communication and presentation skills</div><div>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM</div><div>
The ability to learn new technologies quickly.</div><div>
Ability to perform independently.</div><div>
Attention to details and quality objectives.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Education:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</div><div>
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</div><div>

<div>Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 PLUS Uncapped Commission</div><div></div><div><br>
Total Target Compensation: $90,000-$110,000</div><div></div><div><b><br>
