What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
<ul><li>Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that&rsquo;s off.</li>
<li>Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.</li>
<li>Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.</li>
<li>Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.</li>
<li>Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they&rsquo;re working.</li>
<li>Help customers when they&rsquo;re on site and need a hand.</li>
<li>Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you&rsquo;re proud to be part of.</li>
