 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, cost, and delivery terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end procurement process for a diverse range of products, from crockery to engineering supplies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate supplier performance and manage contracts to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Procurement Executive, Officer, or similar role, preferably within the trading, hospitality supply, or engineering sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and negotiation practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of inventory management principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 A relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
 </li>
