Your role on our mission:
<ul>
<li>The perfect combination - you manage sales &amp; customer success - from the first consultation to long-term support.</li>
<li>Advise &amp; convince - You advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors.</li>
<li>Generating deals - You generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts.</li>
<li>Build customer relationships - You strengthen customer loyalty, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience</li>
<li>Upselling &amp; referrals - You increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner.</li>
</ul>
What will you bring:
<ul>
<li>Strong Turkish language skills (C2) - You communicate confidently with Turkish-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.</li>
<li>Good level of English - The company language.</li>
<li>Sales mindset &amp; initiative - You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills - you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust.</li>
<li>Experience in sales (2-3 years of experience) - Have you already had your first contact with sales or customer success? Perfect!</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems (an advantage) - If you have already worked with CRM tools, you are well prepared.</li>

 Advise &amp; convince &ndash; You consult parents and students, recommend the right learning solutions and arrange appointments with our tutoring centres in Germany.

 Handle calls &ndash; You manage inbound calls from new and existing customers and perform outbound calls when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Turn interest into action &ndash; You inform families about our offers and encourage them to book an appointment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customers &ndash; You provide ongoing support to existing customers with their inquiries and requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administration &ndash; You perform administrative tasks related to customer records, follow-ups, and ensure smooth processes.
