 We are looking for a passionate and skilled
 
 Training Lead / Trainer
 
 to guide users through the Dhareeba 2.0 project. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that help people understand and use the system with confidence. You will make learning easy and engaging for everyone?from tax officers and accountants to agents and other users.
 
 
 Your work will play a key role in helping teams adopt new tools and perform at their best.
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the design and delivery of end-user training programs for Dhareeba 2.0.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess training needs for different user groups such as tax officers, accountants, and agents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a detailed Training Plan, including topics, schedule, and delivery methods (classroom, workshops, or e-learning).
 </li>
 <li>
 Create or oversee bilingual training materials such as user manuals, quick guides, videos, and FAQs in
 
 Arabic and English
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate all training logistics and ensure smooth, role-based learning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver
 
 Train-the-Trainer
 
 sessions to prepare internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 After the system goes live, conduct refresher sessions and collect feedback to improve training and performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 training and development
 
 for software or ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in
 
 instructional design and content creation
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in
 
 Arabic and English
 
 , both spoken and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing
 
 bilingual training materials
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 presentation and communication
 
 skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in the
 
 tax domain or ERP systems
 
 is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 training delivery tools and e-learning platforms

 Lead Business Analyst (Functional Lead)

 Dhareeba 2.0 project
 
 . In this role, you will guide the business requirements workstream, connect closely with key stakeholders, and help shape the next generation of tax administration systems in Qatar. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading teams, and turning business needs into clear, practical system designs.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead business requirement activities for the Dhareeba 2.0 project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops with business units to collect and refine requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed
 
 Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
 
 and perform ?as-is? process assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with tax departments to standardize
 
 policies, processes, and user journeys
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all
 
 regulatory and compliance needs
 
 are captured in the system design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the
 
 Technical Lead
 
 to prepare and review
 
 Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
 
 for each module.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and guide a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate
 
 stakeholder reviews
 
 and support
 
 User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 
 to confirm system alignment with business needs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 business analysis
 
 and
 
 process modeling
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to prepare
 
 BRDs, SRS, and use cases
 
 for large and complex systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 tax administration processes and terminology
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in
 
 business process modeling tools
 
 (e.g., SAP Signavio, BPMN).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 communication and stakeholder management
 
 abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certification such as
 
 IIBA CBAP
 
 or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 government projects
 
 or
 
 ERP system implementations
 
 is an added advantage.
 </li>
