We specialize in providing expert guidance and support throughout the immigration process, focusing on destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and more.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Achieve individual targets for lead conversion and client onboarding.</li><li>Evaluate client eligibility and provide accurate immigration consultation over phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Take full ownership of all visa-related matters, including documentation, client queries, and problem resolution.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage progression and ensure conversions.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and requirements for countries like Australia and Canada.</li><li>Provide end-to-end guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.</li><li>Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service without compromise&mdash;even under tight deadlines or pressure.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to process improvements.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in immigration consultancy, sales, telesales, or telecalling is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.</li><li>Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess client eligibility.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience in handling Australia and/or Canada immigration cases is highly desirable.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
