 Role Summary:
 
 
 
 The CoE Lead will drive strategic initiatives, suggest robust construction methods, optimize construction processes, implement green building practices and foster innovation. This role demands strong leadership, industry expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement to achieve business excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and innovation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify areas for process enhancements and standardisation to improve productivity and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement best practices across projects to enhance efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in construction and real estate development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with external stakeholders, consultants, and partners to adopt global best practices.
 </li>

 Who are we looking for?
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 &middot; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 &middot; Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 &middot; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 &middot; Expertise in process improvement methodologies is desirable.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Experience :
 
 
 
 <ul>

 &middot; 20+ years of experience in residential real estate, with a focus on strategic operations, process excellence, or project management.
 </li>
 </ul>
