We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team in person. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and proven experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Write clear, attractive, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.</li><li>Monitor inventory, pricing, and orders on different marketplaces.</li><li>Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, deals, and issue resolution.</li><li>Analyze sales performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and other tools.</li><li>Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the team for smooth online operations.</li><li>(Optional but preferred) Create and edit product images/banners using graphic design tools.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon/Flipkart, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and online order handling.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO is a plus.</li><li>Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) will be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Location: Malappuram, KeralaJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Malappuram, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
