This role plays a critical part in our cargo operation and is best suited for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and take pride in being part of a hardworking, safety-focused team. You&rsquo;ll gain valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced, on-demand environment with a strong operational focus. 
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to respond to an on-demand schedule, including frequent overnight callouts, weekends, and holidays.

JOB DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Must have professional communications skills for complex internal and external aircraft communications</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading freight</li>
<li>Operate aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and program/company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Emphasize flight crew members safety and exemplary customer service</li>
<li>Must note and communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction</li>
<li>Perform flights during day, night, and weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating</li>
<li>Current Instrument Proficiency Check</li>
<li>English Proficient (ICAO LEVEL 4)</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>FAA Medical: First Class</li>
<li>FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit</li>
<li>Current Passport (passport cards are not accepted)</li>
<li>Eligibility to work in the United States</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 125 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft</li>
<li>Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks</li>
<li>Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to relocate to assigned base and travel extensively</li>
<li>Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs</li></ul> 


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>800 hours TT</li>
</ul><ul><li>250 hours PIC</li>
<li>75 hours ME</li>
<li>40 hours Turbine</li>
<li>Part 135 experience, familiarity with company aircraft, and/or previous cargo experience highly preferable.</li>
<li>iPad required when reporting for duty.</li>
<li>Must relocate to El Paso Texas base.</li></ul></div>

<div>We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Maintenance Clerk to support our team at a family-owned aviation company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping records accurate, organized, and easy to access.

Your attention to detail will help ensure important operational and maintenance documentation is properly maintained and readily available to support safe and efficient aviation operations. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys consistent, detail-oriented work and values being part of a dependable team that keeps daily operations running smoothly. 
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Audit flight logs and maintain records to ensure accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Maintain and organize a personal digital library for quick access to key documents</li>
<li>Update and manage the company&rsquo;s digital library to ensure documents remain current</li>
<li>Process weekly shipments by receiving, copying, organizing, and filing documents</li>
<li>Receive, log, and inventory aircraft parts</li>
<li>Maintain engine and propeller logbooks</li>
<li>Keep major alteration binders and calibrated tool binders up to date</li>
<li>Audit UPS shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Ship parts, books, and binders to the appropriate facilities</li>
<li>Calculate and record flight times and landings</li>
<li>Enter maintenance discrepancies and corrective actions into company systems</li>
<li>Assist with occasional local deliveries or pickups, including trips to the airport as needed</li>
<li>Maintain and manage IT inventory</li>
<li>Swap, test, and replace in-office IT hardware as needed</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Prior experience in a file clerk or administrative role preferred but not required</li></ul>

<li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM</li></ul>
