Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process system data and generate daily pickup tasks; review and assign them to the dispatch team.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers or the dispatch team to dynamically adjust pickup plans (e.g., expedited, canceled, or address changes).</li><li>Handle customer pickup requests via phone or email, schedule pickup times, and confirm parcel details.</li><li>Assign pickup tasks to drivers based on daily schedules, driver shifts, vehicle status, and geographic information.</li><li>Monitor the execution of pickup tasks and adjust dispatch plans in real time according to actual conditions (e.g., traffic, emergencies).</li><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient allocation of vehicle resources and promptly address issues such as vehicle breakdowns or driver absences.</li><li>Maintain close communication with drivers, relay task updates in a timely manner, and resolve issues encountered during pickups to ensure clear understanding and execution of tasks.</li><li>Track pickup exceptions (e.g., delays, missed pickups), coordinate with customers and internal/external teams to drive resolution and ensure service completion.</li><li>Record and analyze recurring issues, and propose optimization suggestions.</li><li>Proactively monitor pickup progress and generate daily pickup reports, including task completion status and exception handling results.</li><li>Regularly summarize lessons learned from dispatch operations, propose improvements, and optimize dispatch processes.</li><li>Monitor driver schedules and maintain vehicle registration records, including but not limited to vehicle model and leasing source.</li><li>Manage fleet-related tasks such as procurement of vehicle consumables and tiered fleet management.</li><li>Address customized customer needs, conduct field visits to meet with local clients, and confirm pickup details such as time and location.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficient in using data analysis tools for data processing and analysis e.g., Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Dispatch, Drivers, Warehouse, Customer Service) to ensure efficient and seamless pickup operations.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.</li><li>Excellent phone and email etiquette; prior customer service experience is a plus.</li><li>Experience in a warehouse environment, practical automotive knowledge, or programming experience are significant pluses.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
