to ensure order execution Responsibilities:<ul><li>Buyer Communication:</li><li>Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding order requirements, samples, approvals, and production status.</li><li>Understand and clarify buyer tech packs/spec sheets and ensure accurate execution.</li><li>Order Management:</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, purchase, and logistics) to ensure the timely processing of orders.</li><li>Monitor order progress from sampling to final shipment.</li><li>Sampling &amp; Product Development:</li><li>Develop and dispatch samples as per buyer requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the design and production team for product development and improvements.</li><li>Production Coordination:</li><li>Follow up with the production team to ensure order execution meets timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Resolve any production-related issues in coordination with QA/QC teams.</li><li>Vendor Management:</li><li>Liaise with job workers, fabricators, printers, and other vendors for timely execution.</li><li>Ensure procurement of raw materials as per the buyer&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Costing &amp; Negotiation:</li><li>Prepare cost sheets and negotiate pricing with vendors and buyers.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising on quality.</li><li>Documentation &amp; ERP:</li><li>Maintain all records related to sampling, orders, approvals, and dispatches.</li><li>Update ERP systems or Excel trackers regularly.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Dispatch:</li><li>Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Manage shipping documentation and follow up for tracking.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; coordination skills</li><li>Working knowledge of fabric, trims, garment construction (for apparel)</li><li>Time management and ability to multitask</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems</li><li>Problem-solving and attention to detail</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Graduate in Fashion/Textile/Apparel Management or any related field</li><li>Diploma in Merchandising (preferred for non-graduates)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
