Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a &ldquo;Restaurant Server&mdash;Part Time&rdquo; for Gold Dust West Elko. This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul><li>
Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation &amp; promotions</li><li>
Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques</li><li>
Ensures consistency &amp; quality</li><li>
Provide service to guests while dining</li><li>
Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables</li><li>
Set up or close of wait station</li><li>
Clean stations and tables</li><li>
Complete daily side work</li><li>
Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property</li><li>
Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol</li></ul> 


Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
<ul><li>
Ability to follow written and oral instructions</li><li>
Strong communications skills</li><li>
Liquor card required</li><li>
Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills</li><li>
Knowledge of Infogenesis &amp; Patron systems helpful</li><li>
Identification that establishes identity</li><li>
Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States</li><li>
Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board</li></ul></div>
