 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 As Service Manager, you&rsquo;ll:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and inspire your service team to deliver top performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the make-ready process, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure service requests are completed quickly and professionally, with clear communication to residents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and common areas to GoldOller&rsquo;s high standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with your Community Manager to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing.
 </li>
 <li>
 EPA Certification required; HVAC and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with RealPage products (OneSite, Ops Technology) a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.
