As we continue to grow and hire 100 new employees in the Holston Valley community, we are seeking a driven and personable HR Recruiter to help us attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent who align with our mission and values.
The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in scaling our workforce while fostering a culture of professionalism, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments
</li><li>Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and align recruiting strategies with departmental goals
</li><li>Post and maintain accurate, engaging job listings across internal platforms and external job boards
</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely, clear communication with candidates
</li><li>Maintain accurate applicant tracking logs and recruitment documentation
</li><li>Prepare orientation materials, schedule onboarding sessions, and oversee completion of required documentation
</li><li>Maintain personnel files and HR records, both physical and digital
</li><li>Assist with employee communications, including policy updates, announcements, and internal notices
</li><li>Support HR functions such as benefits enrollment, attendance tracking, and compliance reporting
</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (manufacturing or production environment preferred)
</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of compliance in hiring practices
</li><li>Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
</li><li>Comfortable presenting to small-to-mid-sized groups and guiding new hires through onboarding
</li><li>Familiar with basic HR practices and able to manage confidential employee information with discretion
</li><li>Passion for helping people find meaningful work and contributing to a positive team culture
