This position is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys being in court, takes ownership of cases, and can run with a personal injury case from intake through trial. The ideal candidate would also have experience handling criminal matters and workman&rsquo;s compensation claims as we are expanding into these areas.Practice Areas<ul><li>Personal Injury</li><li>Workers&rsquo; Compensation</li><li>Criminal Defense</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are looking for a compassionate Trial Lawyer&mdash;someone who enjoys the litigation process, is a good writer for motions practice, can take depositions, locate and prep experts, and of course try a great case! Ideal candidate will know how to utilize technology to its fullest extent, including artificial intelligence where appropriate.Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;10 years of litigation experience</li><li>Experience handling cases from intake through resolution</li><li>Technology savvy</li><li>Licensed in Virginia and Maryland.
