The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the intake process, managing a team of intake specialists, and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and lead a team of intake specialists, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Oversee the intake process to ensure all potential clients are handled efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand the intake procedures and protocols.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of intake staff, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.</li><li>Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to streamline the intake process.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and generate reports on intake activities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a call center or legal environment.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li><li>Litify experience a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in personal injury law or a related legal field.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish a plus.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Bonus plan</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>Company Provided Life Insurance</li><li>401k Plan with Match</li><li>120 Hour of PTO</li><li>9 1/2 Paid Holidays</li><li>Paid Lunch Hour and Breaks</li><li>Quarterly Firm Outings and Annual Firm Outing Challenge</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Typical work hours are 9am &ndash; 5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
