<b>GENERAL DESCRIPTION:</b><br>
The Operations Program Specialist – Member Communications is responsible for drafting, editing, and managing member correspondence across multiple channels, including letters, notices, forms, emails, and disclosures. This role supports business partners, maintains the online library correspondence inventory and ensures all correspondence content aligns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and operational strategy.
<br>The Specialist ensures that every communication is clear, accurate, and empathetic reflecting the credit union’s commitment to member trust and understanding. Maniacal focus on member experience and flawless execution is imperative, as this role manages formal review workflows, oversees the print and digital production vendor relationship, and participates in recurring monthly statement validation processes.
<br>The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in drafting member correspondence. They are comfortable working with systems and data, skilled at managing competing priorities, and adept at building strong cross-functional relationships.
<br>This is a high-visibility position responsible for content that is critical to the credit union’s image, integrity, and member trust, directly shaping how members experience and understand key communications.
<br><br>
<b>TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:</b><br>
1. Manage vendor relationships for statement and letter distribution, including digital and print delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-related printing or delivery issues independently.
<br>2. Draft and edit operational member correspondence, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
<br>3. Support business partners in maintaining their service communications inventory, including updates, tracking, and documentation.
<br>4. Facilitate formal review workflows for communications and service documents, coordinating with business owners, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to meet service level agreement (SLA) timelines.
<br>5. Conduct quality assurance (QA) and validation of member statements, letters, and other servicing documents.
<br>6. Coordinate with vendors for printing, mailing, and fulfillment of member communications.
<br>7. Participate in pre- and end-of-month statement validation processes, which may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday work.
<br>8. Maintain documentation and procedures related to communications inventory, statement validation, and vendor management.
<br>9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
<br>10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to support effective communication and delivery.
<br>11. Identify and recommend process improvements through participation in committees, collaboration with business owners and project teams, and proactive discovery.
<br>12. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Manual dexterity and visual acuity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipment, including financial calculators, personal computers, telephones, and multifunction devices.

<b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>
<b>1. EDUCATION:</b> Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.

<b>2. EXPERIENCE:</b> 3-5 years of experience preferred, with a focus on print and digital vendor management, operational communications, or related areas.
<br><br>
<b>3. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for multiple audiences and adhere to defined style guidelines.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with data and systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with compliance requirements for financial communications.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Experience with content or document management tools preferred.</li>
<li>Financial services writing experience desired.</li>
</ul>
<b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>
1. Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.

The Data Product Manager is responsible for the management and development of data products, within one or more domains, that serve as critical data sources for analysts and data scientists throughout the organization. This role utilizes both technical expertise and strong understanding of the business to drive execution of the data product lifecycle, from initial scoping and design through to delivery, ensuring that data products meet the defined use case needs and are in alignment with the Credit Union&rsquo;s overall strategy, adhere to data governance standards, and integrate optimally into the organization&rsquo;s broader data architecture within the data platform. The Data Product Manager has strong project management and communication skills, with experience in data and cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
</p><p><b>TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:</b></p>

<ul><li>Develop and implement a data product strategy for data products within one or more data domains that align with the Credit Union&rsquo;s data needs and strategic priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as product owner in agile product lifecycle by conducting initial intake with data consumers and business partners, researching pertinent technical and business context, codesigning and scoping with Data Architecture and Data Engineering, prioritizing and sequencing data product backlogs, and facilitating release management of products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner closely with analyst teams, other data product users, business stakeholders, business leaders, and Corporate Strategy Team to identify and understand business needs, business strategy, and the corresponding proposed reporting and/or analytics solutions to be able to articulate relevant details in user stories and technical requirements that will guide efforts of data engineering teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage and prioritize data product backlog(s) by assessing business impact, level of effort, overall feasibility and fit in overall data platform architecture, conferring with Data Architecture Team and other technical teams as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conducts research and analysis to align goals with development team and Data Program Management to prioritize user stories and plan sprints to deliver on data product strategy</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate and coordinate effectively with data product users and stakeholders to set appropriate expectations regarding timelines and deliverables</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop content and curate resources for stakeholders and end-users of data products including but not limited to data dictionaries/catalogs, data lineage, release notes and user guides</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide support in developing and implementing data quality and governance policies, standards and checks to ensure reliability and accuracy in data within data products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as data product subject matter expert to determine data requirements for broader organizational projects and initiatives that require a data input or output related to the assigned data product(s)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide input and context in broader data platform planning regarding products to ensure optimal resource utilization and alignment with organizational priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop relationships, rapport and communication channels with stakeholders to ensure continuous dialog about opportunities to optimize the performance, usability, and value of data product(s)</li></ul>

</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>EXPERIENCE:</b>
<ul><li>5+ years of overall professional experience, with 3+ years of experience in product management, data product management, program management, systems analysis, analytics programs, or related fields</li>
<li>Hands-on data and analytical experience is highly preferred</li>
<li>Experience in the credit union or banking industry highly preferred</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:</b>
<ul><li>Experience managing programs related to data platforms, data products, data governance, analytics programs and/or data strategies</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize complex concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies</li>
<li>Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or other work and project management applications a plus</li>
<li>General understanding of data systems, data structures, and data analysis including artificial intelligence a plus</li>
<li>Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL (Select statements, Joins, and basic queries) and relational database concepts a plus</li>
<li>Experience creating reports or dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI or other BI tools a plus</li>
<li>Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to visually and verbally convey technical concepts to diverse audiences</li>
<li>Interpersonal and relationship-building skills &ndash; with an ability to influence</li>
<li>Ability to run meetings across diverse functions</li>
