Job SummaryGolden Arcus is a U.S.-based logistics company with operations in Los Angeles and Chicago. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our air freight, ocean freight, customs, and warehouse operations.This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands international logistics end-to-end and can lead bilingual teams while coordinating with airlines, steamship lines, customs brokers, trucking companies, warehouses, and clients.Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin required) is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily air and ocean freight operations, including import/export shipmentsSupervise OP teams and ensure smooth execution from booking to final deliveryCoordinate with airlines, steamship lines, customs brokers, trucking companies, and warehousesOversee customs clearance processes and ensure regulatory complianceResolve operational issues, delays, and exceptions efficientlyMonitor KPIs, shipment timelines, and service qualityOptimize SOPs and improve operational efficiency across departmentsCommunicate with domestic and overseas partners in both English and ChineseSupport management in scaling operations and improving internal workflowsQualifications3&ndash;5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operationsPrevious team lead or management experience preferredStrong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, customs, and warehouse operationsBilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience working with U.S. and overseas partnersCompensation &amp; BenefitsSalary: USD $80,000 &ndash; $120,000 per year (based on experience)Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Performance-based bonusRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesWork LocationLos Angeles (Carson, CA)Or Chicago (Franklin Park, IL)(In-person position)Immigration SupportOPT friendlyH1B sponsorship availableGreen Card sponsorship for long-term employeesWhy Join Golden ArcusStable U.S.-based logistics companyReal operational authority and growth potentialClear career path into senior managementPay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
