 The Sneaker Maker role is centered around Co-creation services transforming GG items into distinctive pieces that resonate with client needs and identity. This position is not just about crafting custom sneakers, it is an invitation to inspire and deeply connect with clients, offering a personalized and empathetic co-creation experience that fosters durable connections with the brand.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Co-create personalized GG products with the clients employing a variety of drawing and illustration techniques;
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, maintaining the brand&rsquo;s values and storytelling throughout their journey in the store;
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a proactive role in the sales process, aiming to meet business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling. Support encompasses pre-sale and post-sale activities (including inventory management and customer loyalty efforts), contributing broadly to the store&rsquo;s operations;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the co-creation area in good conditions adhering to our visual merchandising standards;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health &amp; safety standards;
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales Experience: previous experience preferably in retail/ Customer service sector is considered as a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Artistic skills and hand-drawings abilities (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, little embroidery and basic sewing skills)
 </li>
 <li>
 Empathy, solid communication and interpersonal skills, strong team attitudes
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 High school degree at least (design field is preferable)
 </li>
 </ul>

 The Stock Keeper is responsible for the maintenance of an optimal level of inventory, ensuring a continuous supply to meet the sales plan and achieve sales objectives, monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments. The Stock Keeper takes care of goods receipt, restocking and warehouse reordering in an environment of retail excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of Global Golden Community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing weekly arrivals of merchandise, managing the packaging of items for customer shipments and returns, conducting regular stock checks, and overseeing monthly sample inventory checks and overall inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to creating a positive work environment, and fostering collaboration based on communication and information sharing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the team in sales, pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionately convey the brand&rsquo;s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gain a deep understanding of GG iconic products/elements and share the company&rsquo;s visions and projects to clients with passion
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health &amp; safety standards
 </li>
 <li>

 Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
