 The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving commercial objectives and enhancing brand awareness and desirability. Being responsible for the management and development of the team, the Store Manager is a reliable, empowering, supportive leader and an effective communicator.  Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Management of the store target by constantly monitoring sales performances through the main KPIs analysis, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager;
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide the team to achieve commercial targets, granting customer satisfaction and the respect of the qualitative standards and the brand&rsquo;s strategy;
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure the store staff always implements the best-selling ceremony including up-selling and cross-selling and guide the team to introduce all co-creation services as a key element of the Client Experience;
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure that strong customer relationships are built, through constant follow up with the team, by listening to client feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building personalized experiences;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with our local community and act as a Brand Ambassador aimed to enlarge the network to acquire new customers and consolidate loyal customers. Drive database development, and ensure that clients are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling;
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of the most relevant industry and market trends suggesting opportunities/initiatives to the Area Manager with the aim of improving sales;
 </li>
 <li>
 Convey the brand&rsquo;s vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and sharing with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the right store merchandising assortment in terms of product offer according to the market and clients&rsquo; needs providing prompt feedback to Area Management and Buying Team;
 </li>
 <li>
 Is responsible to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales;
 </li>
 <li>
 Attract, manage, develop, inspire, motivate, and empower the team, demonstrating empathy, by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development;
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives and show how to reach them;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and inspire the new staff throughout the onboarding experience;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the staff grooming and uniform respect the Brand guidelines;
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee staffing for all open positions, working closely with the Area Manager and HR to ensure that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience and potential;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the employee performance development process and constantly provide feedback, suggesting corrective measures if needed, always granting a positive work environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational and stock management tasks, as well as the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP (Standard Operation Procedure);
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, Compliance (GDPR) and Health &amp; Safety are put in place;
 </li>
 <li>
 Adopt IT and digital commercial tools and systems (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) and make sure the staff is well trained and prepared.
 </li>

 Key Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in Turkish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.

 Sales background: previous experience preferably in retail sector in similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully
 </li>

 A team player who values collaboration and can work towards common goals
 </li>

 The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing the strategies to achieve sales goals and overall store success. Providing an elevated level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in monitoring staff performance, providing training and guidance when needed.

 Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies, monitoring main sales KPI&rsquo;s and driving Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology;

 Actively participate in the sales process, ensuring elevated standards of customer satisfaction by providing detailed product information, suggesting complementary items, implementing up-selling, cross-selling strategies and supporting the staff in acting accordingly;
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure strong customer relationships are built by listening customer feedback, building personalized customer experiences, driving database development and ensuring that clients are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the team proactively manage clienteling activities in coordination with CRM department;
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a brand ambassador, conveys the brand&rsquo;s vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and shares with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements;
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Store Manager and inspire the team by ensuring the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations, and soft skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure staff is groomed, welcoming, professional, and always well prepared on product and brand identity;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Store Manager in overseeing staffing for open positions, ensuring that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience, and potential;
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP (Standard Operation Procedure);
 </li>
 <li>
