 MISSION
 
 
 
 The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, an exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist customers in expressing their personality trough their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health &amp; safety standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
 </li>

 Key Requirements

 Fluency in Turkish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce

 <li>
 Minimum 1-3 Years Of Relevant Experience In Luxury Retail
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline)
 </li>

Mission The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing the strategies to achieve sales goals and overall store success. Providing an elevated level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in monitoring staff performance, providing training and guidance when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies, monitoring main sales KPI's and driving omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.</li><li>Support the Store Manager in guiding the team to achieve commercial targets, granting customer satisfaction and the respect of qualitative standards.</li><li>Actively participate in the sales process, ensuring elevated standards of customer satisfaction by providing detailed product information, suggesting complementary items, implementing up selling, cross selling strategies and supporting the staff in acting accordingly.</li><li>Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure strong customer relationships are built by listening customer feedback, building personalized customer experiences, driving database development and ensuring that clients are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.</li><li>Ensure that the team proactively manage clienteling activities in coordination with CRM department.</li><li>Acting as a brand ambassador, conveys the brand's vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and shares with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements.</li><li>Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales.</li><li>Support the Store Manager and inspire the team by ensuring the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations, and soft skills.</li><li>Assure staff is groomed, welcoming, professional, and always well prepared on product and brand identity.</li><li>Support the Store Manager in overseeing staffing for open positions, ensuring that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience, and potential.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).</li><li>Make sure corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, compliance (GDPR) and health & safety are put in place.</li><li>Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed, and operational duties are met (Goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.).</li><li>Adopt IT and digital commercial tools and systems (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) and make sure the staff is well trained and aware.</li></ul> Key Requirements <ul><li>Fluency in English.
