Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with strong experience in fit-out works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical, coordination, and documentation aspects of site operations while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and verify project specifications to ensure all materials and shop drawings comply with approved requirements.</li><li>Compare shop drawings with actual site conditions to ensure alignment with approved designs, while identifying and resolving clashes with MEP, civil, and other disciplines.</li><li>Maintain and update logs for shop drawings and material submittals in accordance with main contractor standards and project requirements.</li><li>Develop work strategies and look-ahead programs, identifying potential risks or delays and proposing effective solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.</li><li>Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with the main contractor, ensuring alignment with company interests.</li><li>Ensure all project communications, including potential risks or issues, are properly documented and supported through formal correspondence with the client.</li><li>Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules in line with project plans, ensuring alignment with cash flow considerations and lead times.</li><li>Coordinate with foremen to ensure all site activities are clearly communicated, maintaining high standards of quality and labor productivity.</li><li>Prepare and manage all site-related documentation, including MIRs, WIRs, method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, SORs, NCRs, and ensure proper filing in accordance with project standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in fit-out or interior projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submittals, and site coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction documentation.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Site Engineer - Fit-out Works

Job description:We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Ceilings &amp; Partitions to join our Fit-Out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily inspections and tests to ensure construction quality as per drawings and specifications.- Ensure all site activities comply with approved Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).- Coordinate with the Consultant&rsquo;s Representative and Site Engineer regarding inspections, quality issues, and closure of NCRs.- Report to the Managing Director and monitor all Quality Management System (QMS) activities.-Maintain all QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, site instructions, and material approvals.- Ensure closure of all Non-Conformances (NCR) and Site Instructions (SI).- Ensure high quality and workmanship for all activities, with strong knowledge of Civil, Architectural, and Structural works.- Develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Job Safety &amp; Environmental Analysis, ITPs, and Checklists.- Prepare and maintain ISO-related documentation.- Conduct internal audits at site.- Prepare snag lists prior to client inspections.- Perform any other tasks required to support project and company success.Requirements &amp; Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.- Proven experience in QA/QC in construction projects.- Strong experience in Ceilings &amp; Partitions (Fit-Out works) is mandatory.- Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and ISO standards.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
