We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Ceilings &amp; Partitions to join our Fit-Out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily inspections and tests to ensure construction quality as per drawings and specifications.- Ensure all site activities comply with approved Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).- Coordinate with the Consultant&rsquo;s Representative and Site Engineer regarding inspections, quality issues, and closure of NCRs.- Report to the Managing Director and monitor all Quality Management System (QMS) activities.-Maintain all QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, site instructions, and material approvals.- Ensure closure of all Non-Conformances (NCR) and Site Instructions (SI).- Ensure high quality and workmanship for all activities, with strong knowledge of Civil, Architectural, and Structural works.- Develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Job Safety &amp; Environmental Analysis, ITPs, and Checklists.- Prepare and maintain ISO-related documentation.- Conduct internal audits at site.- Prepare snag lists prior to client inspections.- Perform any other tasks required to support project and company success.Requirements &amp; Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.- Proven experience in QA/QC in construction projects.- Strong experience in Ceilings &amp; Partitions (Fit-Out works) is mandatory.- Fit-Out / Interior Decoration experience is a strong advantage.- Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and ISO standards.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
