Administrative &amp; Organizational SkillsStaff Scheduling &amp; Attendance: Proficient in rostering, shift management, and maintaining accurate attendance records.Documentation &amp; Recordkeeping: Efficient in maintaining personnel files, contracts, leave records, and compliance documents.Reporting: Ability to prepare HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).Policy Enforcement: Ensures discipline and adherence to company policies across sites.3. Communication &amp; Interpersonal SkillsMultilingual Advantage: Comfortable communicating with a workforce from varied nationalities and backgrounds.Conflict Resolution: Capable of mediating between workers, supervisors, and clients to resolve issues effectively.Client-facing Skills: Professional in interactions when coordinating with site managers or client representatives.4.
