Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, Estimation and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, for MEP projects like Industrial, Villa, school, F &amp; B Outlet etc.. The candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient, code-compliant designs and ensuring smooth coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review mechanical design drawings, calculations, and specifications (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems)</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards</li><li>Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams for integrated MEP solutions</li><li>Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and technical evaluations</li><li>Support project execution team with technical clarifications and site coordination</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers</li><li>Review shop drawings and material submittals</li><li>Estimation of Mechanical sysem</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in MEP design (preferably in GCC)</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, and relevant software (HAP, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with local authority approvals (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defence)</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
