The roleWe are a small, friendly and family run business that require Part -Time/Flexible working Electricians to join our team in providing a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property service delivery. As a member of our team, the primary focus is providing a high-quality responsive maintenance service to all clients. You will provide clear structure and support to operatives in managing repairs effectively from issue to completion and final quality assurance.What you'll haveA proven track record of working within the electrical industry, where customer satisfaction is at the heart of service delivery - 2 years&rsquo; experience ideally.The possession of a relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building, maintenance or technical background such as:<ul><li>18th Edition Certificate</li><li>Qualified to Part 1 &amp; 2 City and Guilds for electrical installation</li><li>City and Guilds 2391 testing and inspection</li><li>Formal technical qualification in electrical engineering</li></ul>Specialist knowledge of Principles of electrical services, Electrical installations: fault diagnosis and rectification, inspection, testing and commissioning.You&rsquo;ll be able to submit presentable and accurate paperwork including PDA database information as per requirements of the contract to establish works are carried out and coding costing information is obtained.You&rsquo;ll have a valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites and offices across all regions.We are looking for engineers living close to our offices in Chessington KT9 and surrounding areas.Job Type: Part-timePay: &pound;37,500.00-&pound;42,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
