Largest CT real estate law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing</li><li>Review title reports, loan documents, and closing disclosures</li><li>Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies</li><li>Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and related documents</li><li>Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism</li><li>The associate will be supervised by two (2) senior partners who enjoy training associates and have a documented history of assisting in the successful professional development of associate attorneys.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of real estate experience preferred (newly admitted attorneys with internship or clerkship experience in real estate law will also be considered)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Health and retirement benefits</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to advance your career in real estate law, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
