RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>

The role is part of the Client Solutions Group management and finance team. The team works closely with senior management and is responsible for supporting the Client Solutions Group in financial modeling, managing strategic initiatives, business and financial reporting, and data governance that spans both public and private businesses.</p>

In this role, you will partner with various groups both within and adjacent to the Global Client Solutions Group to provide analytical and strategic support for senior leadership, sales teams, as well as focusing on advancing our data infrastructure.</p>

The team oversees our progress toward our financial goals; works directly with leadership to execute on our operating initiatives and projects growth plans for the business. In addition to working with leadership in the Client Solutions Group, the team partners closely with AWM Leadership, Investing, Operations and Engineering, Finance &amp; Strategy, and the Executive Office.</p>

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL</b></p>
<ul><li>
Manage key financial processes across the global business (e.g., annual sales budgeting process, P&amp;L management, sales and fundraising projections, etc.)</li><li>
Analyze large datasets, identify relevant insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support informed decision‑making around fundraising targets and prospects.</li><li>
Produce weekly business summaries, KPI progress updates and complete ad-hoc requests from senior management, etc.</li><li>
Work closely with senior management to assess the state, and develop the narrative, of the business and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives</li><li>
Coordinate across regions on global initiatives related to business strategy, client engagement, technology and reporting</li><li>
Take project management lead while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute on opportunities to drive efficiency and scale</li><li>
Develop and maintain business / market analytics and sales metrics for divisional and business managers with a clear focus on accuracy and consistency of data</li><li>
Manage client coverage and conflict requests and liaise with Executive Office on cross-divisional requests</li></ul><br>

SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b></p>

1-3 years of relevant experience in a Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics role</li><li>
Strong problem solving skills and abilities, able to craft unique solutions with limited guidance; proactive in assessing dynamic situations</li><li>
Expert skills in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, simple macros, etc.), PowerPoint (graphs/charts)</li><li>
Working knowledge of analytics applications (i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik) and database tools (e.g. Elastic, MS SQL Server, Legend) a plus</li><li>

Actively prepare for and participate in client meetings and follow up</li><li>

This involves understanding the nuances of how life insurance products, including private placement life insurance and annuities (PPLI/PPVA), can be used for wealth building and protection, while adhering to regulatory frameworks.</li><li><b>
Policy Reviews:</b> Conduct reviews of existing policies to determine if the policy is performing as expected and serving the clients&rsquo; goals. Provide independent, objective advice on potential gaps, planning opportunities and alternative solutions.</li><li><b>
Client Engagement &amp; Advisory: </b>Partner with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and other internal stakeholders to advise UHNW clients and their families on complex insurance needs, developing tailored solutions that align with their financial goals, estate planning, and philanthropic objectives.</li><li><b>
Business Development: </b>Drive new business opportunities by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners, including external advisors, attorneys, and family offices.</li><li><b>
Property &amp; Casualty: </b>Design and implement the overall strategy for how best to support UHNW clients&rsquo; needs for P&amp;C insurance clients, covering assets such as homes, vehicles, and excess liability.</li><li><b>

<p><b>EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree degree. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD or PHD) is a plus.</li><li>
Executive presence with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at the highest levels.</li><li>
Deep expertise in traditional and private placement life insurance, and advanced estate planning strategies utilizing insurance products.</li><li>
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in insurance solutions, with at least 5-7 years focused on UHNW clients.</li><li>

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of full-time experience across investment banking or private credit investing, with a proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting transactions. Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>
Leading and managing end-to-end deal execution across the investment lifecycle, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments</li><li>
Engaging in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis</li><li>
Understanding and maintaining comprehensive financial models</li><li>
Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, developing investment theses, and undertaking significant due diligence responsibilities</li><li>
Communicating and defending investment theses and structures to internal stakeholders and committees, including relevant Investment Committees</li><li>
Contributing to platform expansion and potentially the introduction of new investment strategies</li></ul>

Qualifications</b></p>

7-10+ years of investment banking, structured finance, or private credit experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple transactions concurrently</li><li>
Clear understanding of the private credit industry, including key subsector trends, thematics, current dynamics, and risks</li><li>
Proven ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders</li><li>
Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Flexible and creative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to analyze a variety of industries, businesses, and capital structures</li><li>
