 📌 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The
 
 Site Manager
 
 will lead Goldwind&rsquo;s on-site operations at the Ras Ghareb Wind Farm, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily O&amp;M activities. This role requires strong technical experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, especially the wind farm owner (Client).
 
 
 
 🔧 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. On-site Operations &amp; Emergency Response
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize and oversee daily maintenance activities at the wind farm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond quickly to unexpected turbine failures to secure maximum power generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the continuous reliability and availability of turbine assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have sufficient knowledge of SCADA system and data analysis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Records &amp; Reporting Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain complete and accurate operation and maintenance documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports on performance, maintenance, and spare parts consumption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full data traceability and compliance with Goldwind standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Client Communication &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as the primary communication interface with the wind farm owner (Client).
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to client needs, concerns, and requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong client relationships and enhance satisfaction levels.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Team Leadership &amp; Management

 Lead the on-site O&amp;M team, ensuring clear work allocation and performance oversight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct ongoing skills development, safety training, and competency enhancement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate team performance and ensure alignment with Goldwind policies.

 </ul>
 
 
 5. Project Planning &amp; Continuous Optimization

 Prepare resource plans including manpower, tools, and spare parts based on site needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization strategies.
 </li>

 Support operational efficiency and cost control initiatives.

 6. Quality Assurance &amp; Safety Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Enforce technical standards, operating procedures, and engineering requirements.

 Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and internal safety policies.

 Lead safety meetings and reinforce a &ldquo;zero-incident&rdquo; safety culture.

 Education

 Bachelor's degree or higher in
 
 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics
 
 , or related fields.

 Experience

 Minimum 7 years of experience
 
 in the wind energy industry.
 </li>

 Proven experience in
 
 wind farm site management
 
 , O&amp;M supervision, or field leadership roles.

 Solid understanding of wind turbine systems, O&amp;M procedures, and fault response.

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The
 
 Financial Manager
 
 will oversee financial operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and project financial management for Goldwind Arabia and other Arabic-speaking countries in the CAMENA region. The role requires deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and tax regulations, strong analytical skills, and experience working with third-party accounting firms, auditors, and multinational teams.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, experienced in regional compliance, and comfortable working closely with Chinese headquarters. Chinese-speaking candidates with experience in Chinese-invested companies are highly preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Financial &amp; Tax Compliance

 Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian financial and tax laws and regulations.

 Manage third-party accounting firms handling accounting, tax filings, and annual compliance activities (including AGMs).

 Support financial operations in UAE, Oman, and other Arabic-speaking CAMENA countries.

 Collaborate with tax agents and the headquarters tax team to address tax compliance, audits, and transfer pricing requirements.

 Conduct tax analysis on daily operations and provide tax optimization recommendations.

 Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks.

 5&ndash;8 years of finance, accounting, or tax experience in multinational or regional roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with third-party accounting firms; prior work with
 
 Big Four, Chinese enterprises, or multinational companies
 
 is highly preferred.

 Proficiency in English; Chinese language ability is a strong advantage.
 </li>

 Strong command of financial systems and ERP tools.
 </li>

 Excellent analytical, compliance, and communication skills.
