Position Summary:
GOLFTEC is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of creative assets across both the GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK brands. Reporting to the Art Director, this role will focus on the creation and production of high-quality visual content in both print and digital formats that supports advertising campaigns, in-center signage, digital experiences, packaging, and a wide range of marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal role for a developing designer who is eager to learn, grow their craft, and contribute creatively within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment&mdash;while working on brands at the intersection of golf, technology, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Creative Production &amp; Design Support</h3><ul><li>Design and produce visual assets across multiple channels, including:</li><li>
Digital advertising (paid social, display, email, web)</li><li>
 GOLFTEC center signage and in-center marketing materials</li><li>
Packaging and product-related assets (especially for SKYTRAK)</li><li>
Promotional and campaign creative</li>
Social media and content marketing assets

</li></ul><ul><li>Execute designs that align with established brand guidelines while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency</li><li>Support campaign rollouts by producing assets efficiently and accurately across formats and sizes</li><li>Assist in in concept, creation and editing of video content</li></ul> 
 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Brand &amp; Marketing Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the Art Director to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life</li><li>Collaborate with brand marketing, performance marketing, and social teams to ensure creative supports campaign goals</li><li>Assist in adapting national creative for localized or center-specific needs when required</li><li>Help maintain and organize creative files, templates, and design systems</li></ul> 
 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Creative Growth &amp; Craft Development</h3><ul><li>Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices&mdash;especially within sports, lifestyle, and digital marketing</li><li>Receive and apply feedback constructively, with a focus on continuous improvement</li><li>Contribute ideas and creative thinking to brainstorms and team discussions</li></ul> 
 
Requirements<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>1&ndash;5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or equivalent)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across digital and print</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)</li><li>Working knowledge of digital design formats and production best practices</li><li>Understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand consistency</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> 
 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience designing for retail environments, signage, or physical spaces</li><li>Basic understanding of studio photography (framing, lighting, camera fundamentals)</li><li>Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or Figma (a plus, not required)</li><li>Experience working with lifestyle, sports, or consumer brands</li><li>Interest or exposure to golf, golf technology, or sports performance brands</li></ul>
