Role :Ensures that the machineries and utilities used for manufacturing in (a) aluminium alloyproducts (b) polymer water storage and septic tanks, operate efficiently and reliably.Responsibility :<ul><li>Prepare list of equipment and machineries installed in the factory with specifications and rated production capacity.</li><li>Prepare preventive maintenance &amp; lubrication schedule and ensure its compliance.</li><li>Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on production machinery.</li><li>Maintain records of all maintenance tasks (breakdown and preventive) and equipment performance, maintain Equipment History Card.</li><li>Monitor electrical maintenance work for factory machineries.</li><li>Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.</li><li>Raise Purchase Requisitions for departmental items and follow up for on-time delivery.</li><li>Identify and diagnose faults in equipment, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.</li><li>Monitor equipment and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, which is crucial for the final product's durability and aesthetics.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians and machine operators on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Implement measures to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase production efficiency.</li><li>Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.</li></ul>Candidate Profile :B.E./Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering) with 5 to 7 years in similar role in metalprocessing/manufacturing industries, preferably in aluminium alloy industryJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
