About the Company:We are a reputed PVC Tape manufacturing company based in Bhiwandi, engaged in producing high-quality adhesive products for industrial use. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations efficiently and ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end purchase process &ndash; from inquiry to order placement.</li><li>Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.</li><li>Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material delivery, quality, and timelines.</li><li>Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, and vendor communications.</li><li>Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments to meet material requirements.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in a manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and negotiation.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Email Communication, and tally prime .</li><li>Good follow-up and coordination skills are a must.</li><li>Attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
