$75,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action</li>
<li>Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects</li>
<li>Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
</li><li>Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs</li>
<li>Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
</li></ul><ul><li>This position will be required to bill and collect a certain number of hours.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
</li><li>Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required</li>
<li>Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
</li><li>Able to work independently while handling multiple files</li>
