The Opportunity</b></h2><div>
We're seeking a talented Mass Torts Trial Attorney to take on a pivotal role in our expanding mass torts practice. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on large-scale, complex litigation matters that make a real difference in people's lives, while developing your skills alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, plaintiff-focused environment.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h2><div>
Manage all phases of mass tort litigation from initial investigation through trial</div><div>
Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and discovery materials</div><div>
Take and defend depositions of experts, corporate representatives, and fact witnesses</div><div>
Collaborate with co-counsel and expert witnesses on case strategy and trial preparation</div><div>
Utilize case management systems to organize and track complex, multi-plaintiff litigation</div><div>
Contribute to the development and execution of litigation strategy on high-value matters</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h2><div>
2-5 years of complex civil litigation experience (plaintiffs' side or defense)</div><div>
Exceptional legal research and writing abilities</div><div>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</div><div>
Proficiency with case management software and legal technology</div><div>
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment</div><div>
Passion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs</div><div>
Active California Bar membership in good standing</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $200,000</div><div>
