Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including carpentry, painting and decorating, basic plumbing, and tiling. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working with both power and hand tools, and who can effectively manage tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair.Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (08:00 - 17:00)Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute carpentry tasks including fitting kitchens, doors, skirting, etc.</li><li>Carry out painting and decorating tasks.</li><li>Conduct plumbing repairs and installations as needed such as replacing taps, toilets, basins, etc.</li><li>Lay polysafe sheet flooring.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.</li></ul>Outline of Operations<ul><li>Void properties where an empty property is brought back up to a lettable standard, as per the job specification set out by the client.</li><li>Repair and maintenance works where you will carry out repairs in a tenants home. These repairs can range from renewing plasterboards, to laying polysafe flooring, to simply just painting a bedroom.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.</li></ul>If you are a dedicated Tradesman looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.Job Type: Full-timePay: &pound;120.00-&pound;200.00 per dayWork Location: In person
