 <div>Chase Memorial is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation programs, and help patients achieve their functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
</li><li>Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as appropriate
</li><li>Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist
</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home care programs
</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
</li><li>Ensure a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
</li><li>Current state licensure as a PTA
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team
</li><li>Previous Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
