This is a crucial role focused on driving new business acquisition in the North American market, with a specialized emphasis on securing clients for our staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate must be an expert in multi-channel outbound sales, a confident deal closer, and highly skilled in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Client Acquisition &amp; Sales Closure<ul><li>Generate high-quality leads and close deals for our comprehensive service offerings: software development services and staff augmentation for both technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Focus on targeting and penetrating the North American market.</li><li>Confidently present our value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close deals on calls with US and Canadian clients.</li><li>Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>2. Multi-Channel Outreach Expertise (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>Upwork: Proven success in strategically acquiring and managing clients from the Upwork platform.</li><li>LinkedIn Mastery: Act as an expert in executing targeted, high-impact LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs, Hiring Managers, etc.) in the North American market.</li><li>Email Campaigns: Design, set up, and monitor mass email campaigns for lead generation. Experience with instantly.ai and using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management is highly preferred.</li></ul>3.
