<div>GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise a family-style residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</div><br>
<div>As a Residential Manager, you will assist with coaching new staff, serving as a role model, and spearheading administrative functions for an assigned residential program. You will ensure a high quality of life for the individuals we serve by assuring a well-trained and motivated team and establishing positive relationships with persons served and staff. A great candidate will have experience in the IDD field, as well as a compassionate outlook and the desire to transform lives.</div><br>

<div>Some duties include:</div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>Promoting high quality outcomes for persons served by training, supporting, and supervising staff</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized daily schedules for the program and persons served</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Facilitating budget compliance with oversight of the house and client accounts</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ensuring proper staff coverage is available</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Providing direct support for persons served when necessary</div></li></ul><br>
<div>Some qualifications:</div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>One - two years of prior experience in a position of similar scope, preferred</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Bachelor's degree in psychology, human development or a related discipline, preferred</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Flexibility in assigned working hours and location</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Participating in weekend on-call rotation</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Must have a valid Driver's License and safe driving record</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Must successfully pass criminal background check</div></li></ul><br>
