Role Overview:As a Customer Service Executive specializing in air freight (export), you will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating international shipments and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Air Export Operations<ul><li>Manage customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with airlines and agents.</li><li>Prepare, review, and issue all required export documents such as Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.</li><li>Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely pickup, cargo handling, and delivery to airline terminals.</li><li>Monitor export shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.</li><li>Handle any exceptions or delays, ensuring effective problem resolution.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>5 years of experience in air freight forwarding, export operations, or customer service in the logistics sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
