May be eligible for a bonus</li><li>High-achieving team that values collaboration, growth, and enjoying the work</li><li>Visible impact of your contribution on clients&rsquo; lives and businesses</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision (premiums partially paid by GM)</li><li>Life, LTD, 401(k) with employer match</li><li>Generous PTO &amp; Parental Leave</li></ul>All candidates are asked to complete the Culture Index Assessment below (5&ndash;10 minutes):https://go.cultureindex.com/p/i6ujLyqNtEE4G7Yb8What You&rsquo;ll DoResponsibilities will include a combination of:<ul><li>Provide daily legal and administrative support to attorneys in a busy litigation practice</li><li>Proofread and format legal pleadings, correspondence, and internal documents</li><li>File and serve pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts</li><li>Calendar court deadlines, hearings, trials, and arbitration dates</li><li>Plan team events, make reservations, order meals, and provide other administrative support for team</li><li>Maintain case files, organize client documentation, and manage records</li><li>Coordinate scheduling with clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties</li><li>Communicate regularly with attorneys about deadlines, work status, and client needs</li><li>Answer and route incoming calls and emails with professionalism</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Contribute to firm operations by assisting with team coordination and administrative projects</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>At least 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a litigation support role</li><li>Familiarity with Colorado and Federal court systems and civil procedure rules (CRCP/FRCP) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)</li><li>Experience with ProLaw, Litify, or other legal case-management systems is a plus</li><li>High school diploma required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree a plus</li></ul>Want to Stand Out?Let us know if you have experience with:<ul><li>Supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously</li></ul><ul><li>Litigation filings and court procedures</li></ul><ul><li>Commercial litigation, construction litigation, mechanic&rsquo;s liens, HOA litigation, and/or real estate litigation</li></ul><ul><li>Client communication and case coordination</li></ul><ul><li>Trial preparation and discovery management</li></ul><ul><li>Case management software and legal technology systems</li></ul>We are especially excited about candidates who are dependable, proactive, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.Pay: $28.85 - $33.65 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
