This is a full-time office-based position suitable for a candidate who meets the following criteria:Key Requirements:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: B. Com graduate</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer care or related administrative/accounting roles</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Skills:</li></ul>o	Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)o	Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting principles<ul><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10&ndash;15 km radius of Kazhakoottam</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update customer records in Tally and internal systems</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections from customers</li></ul><ul><li>Generate and share account statements with clients</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer interactions and transactions</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular reports to the management on receivables and customer feedback</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
