GENERAL OVERALL PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:</b></h3><p>
Responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and repairs, to maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and functionality.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3><p>
1. Performs advanced maintenance tasks including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC.<br>
 2. Diagnoses problems and determines appropriate corrective action.<br>
 3. Maintains facility cleanliness and safety.<br>
 4. Completes assigned work orders.<br>
 5. Uses maintenance tools safely.<br>
 6. Reports maintenance issues to supervisor.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/ABILITIES:</b></h3><p>
Strong knowledge of commercial facility maintenance including HVAC, Plumbing, And electrical.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:</b></h3><p>
3 - 5 years general maintenance experience.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</b></h3><p>
High School Diploma or Equivalency</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b></h3><p>
This is a MEDIUM job (exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly).</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
