<div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b>
</div><div><ul><li>Engage with donors, customers, and fellow team members with a positive can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Promptly greet donors and unload their vehicles with respect and care.</li>
<li>Practice safe behaviors always, including maintaining clear access to emergency exits and equipment.</li>
<li>Sort, price, stage, and recycle donations according to policy and guidelines.</li>
<li>Keep the donation area neat, clean, and organized.</li>
<li>Assist truck drivers and transportation team with loading / unloading stock into company vehicles.</li>
<li>Assist team members in other areas of the store as needed to meet store goals (hello BONUS check!)</li><br>

<div><b>Education, Experience, and Skills that are a must:</b>
</div><div><ul><li>Must be at least 16 years old. Training will be on-the-job. No experience required.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees, and able to read and write legibly.</li>
<li>Must be able to work without close supervision. Dependability and honesty are a must!</li>
<li>Ability to work 100% of scheduled hours onsite.</li>
<li>Must have a positive, can-do attitude and adhere to GICNC&rsquo;s dress code.</li>
<li>Tenth-grade education is required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Must be able to follow instructions and discriminate between specific items.</li>
<li>Adhere to GICNC&rsquo;s safety policies, including safely handling heavy objects.</li>
<li>Medium lifting (25 &ndash; 50lbs) is required. Stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, standing, reaching, handling, speaking, hearing, carrying, walking, lifting, occasional climbing, good eyesight, and color vision.</li><br>

<div><b>Pay Range &amp; Schedule:</b> This position is hourly, non-exempt and starts at $13 / hour plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.
</div><div><ul><li>Must be able to adhere to our attendance policy. We&rsquo;re a retail environment with retail hours, which can include nights, weekends, and some holidays.</li>
<li>Most of our stores are open Monday &ndash; Saturday 10AM - 8PM &amp; Sunday 1PM &ndash; 6PM, so no late night shifts!</li>
<li>Part-time positions are up to 28 hours per week (can include weekends and evenings).</li>
<li>Full-time positions are based on a 40-hour work week and open availability is required (includes weekends and evenings).</li><br>
