What You'll Do<ul><li>
Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction</li><li>
Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records</li><li>
Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points</li><li>
Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment</li><li>
Assist with training new team members</li><li>
Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures</li><li>
End every transaction with a positive message: &quot;You changed a life today-thank you!&quot;</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash</li><li>
Prior retail experience preferred, but not required</li><li>
Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories</li><li>
Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus</li></ul>
