QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: </b>GED or high school diploma or working toward completion. Three years of demonstrated improvements in contracts area or similar production environment, may be substituted for Diploma/GED.</div><div><b><br>

JOB COMPETENCIES: </b>Ability to perform complex work tasks to satisfy customer requirements. Maintain personal/individual production records. Successfully assemble, package, and label miscellaneous contracts. The job entails packaging and emphasizes previous forklift experience. Meets minimum production/quality standards in department. Reads and understands work sheets. Ability to use hand tools such as box knife, scale, and label makers. Understands ISO requirements. Able to do simple math.<br>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Inform supervisor when materials are running low.</li><li>
Secure equipment and/or materials as instructed.</li><li>
Report to the supervisor immediately upon completion of assigned work.</li><li>
Complete each step, in order, as instructed, not taking short cuts or altering procedures without specific approval from supervisor.</li><li>
Keep area and tools neat, organized, and clean.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety policies and report violations.</li><li>
Adhere to all ethical standards and confidentiality of records.</li><li>
Support mission statement and activities needed by other departments.</li><li>
Support the accessibility of services and facilities relating to architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication, transportation, employment, and other barriers to persons with disabilities and barriers to employment.</li><li>
Take trash to the compactor.</li><li>
Clean work areas during last 10 minutes of work day.</li><li>
Complete daily production forms.</li><li>
Comply with ISO procedures and seek continued improvement.</li><li>
Locate templates and material and return them to their proper location.</li><li>
Support and value team.</li><li>
Function with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Eliminate re-work.</li><li>
