Compensation:
$47,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
HR Records Management: Maintain and audit employee records, HRIS data, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li><li>
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding activities.</li><li>
Policy &amp; Compliance Oversight: Assist with policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and process updates to align with regulations.</li><li>
Employee Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.</li><li>
Payroll &amp; Benefits Processing: Assist with payroll functions, benefits enrollment, and updates with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>
Project &amp; Process Improvement: Lead or support projects focused on streamlining HR operations and improving efficiencies.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous experience in an HR administrative role or related field.</li><li>
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>
