We&rsquo;re looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience leading shifts or managing a team in a retail or similar fast-paced setting. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys motivating others, staying organized, and helping a store run smoothly from open to close. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Support the Store Management team in all aspects of daily operations</li>
<li>Lead and supervise team members during shifts</li>
<li>Help train new employees and provide ongoing coaching</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment</li>
<li>Step in to open or close the store as needed</li>
<li>Promote a positive team culture and help resolve team or customer concerns</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of experience managing people or leading retail shifts</li>
<li>A hands-on leader who&rsquo;s comfortable jumping in wherever needed</li>
<li>Strong communication and decision-making skills</li>
<li>Ability to stay focused in a fast-moving, production-based retail space</li>
<li>Dependable, professional, and committed to helping others grow</li></ul>
