This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture, develop talent pipelines, and implement innovative HR solutions that support our business goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes through ATS platforms.&middot; Develop and implement comprehensive orientation program to ensure new employees are properly hired.&middot; Partner with Operations to develop onboarding programs effectively integrated into the organization.&middot; Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and employee development plans.&middot; Manage employee relations by overseeing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts through effective conflict management strategies, and fostering a respectful work environment.&middot; Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plan and leave programs, ensuring compliance with ERISA, COBRA, etc.&middot; Partner with Operations to drive change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring, culture shifts, or process improvements with strategic planning and organization design expertise.&middot; Ensure compliance with employment law and labor regulations such as FMLA and ADAA, while maintaining accurate data collection and record keeping.Skills&middot; Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HRIS systems, specifically ADP.&middot; Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee evaluation, and performance management processes.&middot; Strong understanding of employment law including FMLA,&middot; Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and lead organizational change initiatives.&middot; Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple HR projects simultaneously.&middot; Demonstrated ability in benefits administration, workforce management strategies, and succession planning.&middot; Proficiency in data entry, data collection.&middot; Perform additional HR duties as required.Qualifications&middot; HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP).&middot; 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations and supervisory experience.&middot; Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADAA, and employment law.&middot; Experience with ADP preferred.&middot; Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.&middot; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:
The Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Muskogee Career &amp; Learning Center and advances the mission of Goodwill by enhancing client employability through onsite workforce training and career navigation services. Coordinates a comprehensive suite of services including career assessments, job readiness instruction, industry-recognized training opportunities, and individualized career coaching. Working closely with staff and community partners, the Manager ensures that participants receive high-quality guidance in resume development, job search strategies, credential attainment, and career pathway planning. The Manager develops and maintains referral partnerships with agencies that serve individuals seeking employment, including organizations that support individuals experiencing barriers to employment. The Manager builds and maintains a portfolio of corporate and employer partners to create employment opportunities for program participants. The Manager monitors program outcomes, tracks participant progress, and ensures services align with Goodwill&rsquo;s workforce development goals. 
Essential Functions:<ul><li>Provide oversight to Career &amp; Learning Center, Career Navigator, and Administrative Support personnel.</li><li>Responsible to develop, maintain, coordinate, and provide instruction for portfolio of best practices, industry recognized course materials.</li><li>Lead department in providing one-on-one career counseling and career navigation services to clients.</li><li>Provide personalized client guidance and support by creating individualized career development plans.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local employers, businesses, State agencies, and community partners to foster employment opportunities for program participants.</li><li>Maintain participant enrollment data, resume, case notes, placement data, and other information in the Caseworthy Management Information System (MIS).</li><li>Collect and analyze data related to job placements and career outcomes, employment trends, wage rates, and job placement success rates to assess the effectiveness of career center programs and services.</li><li>Manage the center's budget, allocating resources efficiently, and implementing cost-effective strategies.</li><li>In collaboration with the WRO Program Director and Marketing Department, develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to raise awareness about the Career &amp; Learning Center's services and events among job seekers and employers.</li><li>Collaborate with employers to organize job fairs, hiring and networking events, and employer panels to connect job seekers with employers.</li><li>Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all services provided by Goodwill.</li><li>Fully engage in the Opportunity Accelerator program in a collaborative effort to align practices with all Goodwill programs.</li></ul> 
Other Job Functions:<ul><li>Demonstrate professionalism and good judgment and present a friendly cooperative attitude.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions, adapt to change, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Work in a multi-unit environment.</li><li>Must adhere to all GWIT policies &amp; procedures.</li><li>Must be able to work occasionally after-hours to meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Completes all GWIT training requirements and maintains certifications required by law.</li><li>Must adhere to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Counseling, Education, or related field.</li><li>2 + years&rsquo; experience in career navigation services, talent acquisition, marketing, career technology education, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication skills including public speaking, adult education, networking, and relationship building required; problem solving and critical thinking skills.</li></ul> 
Special Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurable driving record (occasional local travel to retail or program sites).</li><li>Successful completion of background check and drug screening.</li><li>Ability to maintain Goodwill&rsquo;s Drug-Free Workplace and safety-sensitive standards.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Typical office environment with frequent standing/walking during site visits; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with assistance for heavier items.</li></ul></div>
